This week, I attended the ‘Internet Marketing and SEO’ course and can highly recommend it. The course tutor, Clifford, was very knowledgeable and really nice and friendly, and the training room was kitted out with up-to-date equipment. I thought the course was very informative and interesting. I now have an understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and additional key platforms that will be very useful to implement in my digital marketing strategy. Overall a good course that met my objectives. I will be booking other courses with 21st Century New Media.

I've been on many courses where the instructor simply reads from the book. Thankfully, this wasn't one of them. It's so refreshing to use an instructor that's "been there and got the tee-shirt", and Cliff's real-life examples of web-design really bought the subject to life; adding immensely to the already excellent course content. Cliff's top-10 lists of plug-ins and widgets was also really useful, and knowing how to more easily spot the good ones will be very beneficial for the future.

The equipment and facilities are excellent. A nice quiet location with no distractions, and very pleasant surroundings.

I can wholly recommend 21st Century New Media for all your web training.

I attended the SEO course yesterday and it was brilliant. Clifford was able to break down the minefield that is SEO into manageable chunks whilst showing how it relates to my business and industry specifically. He was able to show me error's in my own website and I left the course with a fully plotted 'battle plan' to get my website straightened out. He was able to show understanding and demonstrate patience in my lack of knowledge regarding certain aspects of search engines and ensured that the information that was being provided was clear and that I understood fully.

The two-day WordPress course I attended gave both an excellent general grounding in how to build a website on the platform and some advanced insights as well as also handy general guidance on how to structure, write for web and ensure your pages are SEO. Clifford clearly knows his stuff and is an excellent communicator and a personable instructor, answering all my questions as a relative newcomer to building websites in a manner that was easy to understand and comprehensive.

I was a little nervous as this was the first course I’d been on in years! After 10 minutes with Clifford I felt completely at ease and after an hour or so the course had paid for itself ten times over through the knowledge I’d gained on optimizing my website and by the end of the course I could hardly wait to get back into work to implement all of the stuff I’d learnt during the day. A few weeks later and I’m still only about a quarter of the way through my implementation plan and my business is already feeling the benefits of the knowledge I gained on the course with many new bookings from my new Facebook site. I had no previous experience of Final Cut X before attending the course. However over the duration of the two day course with clear and detailed instruction from the course tutor, I left feeling confident and excited to use the new skills I had learnt and had at my fingertips. This course is a great foundation to build on, and opens up a huge range of possibilities with the knowledge and skills learnt on Final Cut Pro X for new directions in my work.
