I reached out to Adam and his team after a disappointing experience with another website provider. Unfortunately, I had spent a lot of money only to face numerous issues over several months. As a new business owner, this was incredibly stressful.

However, my faith was restored when I switched to Cosmetic Digital. They delivered a fantastic website that I am truly satisfied with. They understood the brief and completed the job efficiently. I appreciated that they didn't pressure me into making decisions and provided valuable advice for my business.

Investing in their experience and expertise was definitely worth it. I regret not doing my research initially, but I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

I first started admiring Cosmetic Digital's work by seeing another aesthetic practitioner's website and thinking it was so good I wanted one like this. After being let down by trying to use someone cheaper, I thought "If I like this website company so much why on earth don't I go with them?". So I picked up the phone and spoke directly with Adam the MD of the company. He was great and nailed exactly what the issues are with using companies that don't specialise in this kind of market.. it was as if he knew what I was thinking. Then with the process of building the website, it has been very thorough, the attention to detail is great, and I know I am in safe hands, because ultimately they want me to be happy and have an excellent project we're all proud of. I was hesitant at the beginning - but Adam sensed this straight away and talked me through it... and now I couldn't be happier with the end result of Dr Kathryn Aesthetics. I'm now starting the social media journey with them looking after me and after a long time of trying to juggle so many things (I solo manage the business, do the procedures, take the bookings, social media etc) I feel like I can take a deep breath and a weight has been lifted off my shoulders because I know the team are experts at what they do! I couldn't be happier with everything from start to finish. If you need any of their services then don't hesitate or try to get it cheaper - I wish I'd used them straight away!
