Very disappointed with the service. Lee came across as knowledgeable and I had faith they would be able to assist with my Google ads campaign during the initial phone call
However from then onwards I just seemed to be putting money on my campaign and spending double what I normally would as they increased bids so much that it was draining my account with Google. Also despite this I had no new enquiries whilst with this company. Just.a total waste of money and they are not easy to contact to discuss my concerns. I would not recommend using this company.

We were forced to fire this company in three weeks due to incompetence. DPOM have gotten the worst results I have ever seen from a marketing agency.

Their Google Ad Result Was: Last 7 Days, £293.84 Per Lead! Before they were hired, it was £25 per lead.

When we called the account manager to let them know about the mistake and they didn't care. No guilt, no remorse for wasting loads of my money. THEY DID NOT CARE!

I went from getting lots of orders to virtually none. I am not sure they know what they are doing. They only made changes to the account when I complained.

Customer service is truely appalling, they hide behind an external call answering service. Dont return calls, don't answer emails. I am shocked people run companies like this.

PLEASE think carefully before signing up. Their contracts are written totally in their favour.

The Venue on Middle St.

In the 4 weeks that DPOM had control of my Google Ads account, my lead submissions dropped from 108 per month (average) to 21. The average cost of a lead submission went from £9.44 to over £50. DPOM defended this by stating that it takes 3 months to see improvements. Whilst I fully accept that it takes time to see improvements, I certainly did not expect their involvement to massively reduce my lead submissions and increase my cost per lead by 540%!

Disappointing but unsurprising that you have chosen to lie about my data. I have provided evidence which clearly shows that my cost per lead submission was £9.44 from Jan to May. All other traffic was excluded from my data, this data is ONLY relating to traffic as a result of my Google Ads. The month of May when you were in charge it leapt to £51 per lead submission. Since I took back control in June and worked with the team at Google I have got it back down to £20.
