I had today b1 exam in this canter it's was really bad ? exam I never see like this before she ask me alot of questions and she doesn't give me time to answer it's was only record b1 it's not like that and other people behind me as well they have test everybody was talking alot off noise and small center so please if you have any tests go to another center there's to many center in leeds I didn't know that before that why I booked test with them but was bad experience really bad ?if any body have test don't book test with them

Subject: Exceptional Service and Compassionate Support from Mr. Mic

I want to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding service and compassionate support provided by Mr. Mic during my recent exam experience on March 22, 2024. As a candidate from Nottingham, I had arranged for a taxi to transport me to and from the exam site, expecting the exam to conclude by 20:45. However, to my surprise, the exam finished much earlier, around 19:30.

Despite being the last candidate remaining on-site, Mr. Mic, an employee of Unity, went above and beyond his duties to ensure my well-being and comfort. Despite my insistence that he could leave, he graciously stayed with me until my taxi arrived. Throughout the wait, Mr. Mic engaged me in conversation, making the time pass effortlessly and easing any potential anxiety or discomfort.

Mr. Mic's dedication, professionalism, and kindness exemplify the exemplary service provided by Unity. His unwavering commitment to customer care and going the extra mile truly made a difference in my experience. I am sincerely grateful for his presence and support during what could have been a stressful situation.

Training day in saville room. The chairs are not very comfortable, building's a bit dated but clean. Plenty of parking & shops close by. Overall a good experience
