Went in there to today to buy a stamp. They were trying to sell my an out of date stamp to me .. I explained that they ran out a month ago, the chap who served me was laughing and told me I was being silly. I find this shop dishonest and rude. I never have parcels sent there , always next door who are the opposite helpful and friendly. This was a very important letter so went to the newsagent near Sainsbury’s.. they were shocked when I explained what happened.. anyway I purchased my first class stamps there. Be careful with sams newsagents and always check you have been charged correctly and given the right change, this store knew they were trying to con me.

What a shambles. Now that SAM isn't there any more it's gone to pot. The new crew are rude, don't care, and there's always a problem with VODEL, it's always the same thing 'The System is Down'. More like they haven't a clue what they're doing.

This shop is a life saver. The only place in Chertsey High Street where you can find 5 amp fuses on a Sunday. Hats off.

First time going here and I wanted to buy a Monster Energy Drink. (I'm 15) I successfully bought it, but the next day I went to the same shop and asked for one he then asked my age and I said 15 he then said come back here when you're 16
