Was served by rojda and manager. Bad customer service not professional. I bought straightners from another store the following day i wanted to return them. The manager said no he was adamament that the straightners come in a plastic cover and the socket has a plastic cover too. although i told him this was not the case he accused me if lying.i went to my original store and asked them for a new pair of straighteners. they opened them infront of me and they were the same no cover. ive taken photos of both the straightners in the store they do not come with covers or plastic covers for socket. and this was his reaspn to refuse my return. Rojda was very rude and ghetto. They both need to be replaced. What ever happend to customer service.

Just picked up a fairly large TV and sound system from the shop. I have been reading a number of very very positive comments about the quality of service from branches all over the country and after my visit I can see why. Friendly, happy, informative, and really knowledgeable about the products. I went to get my van and then came back , I went to pick up the sound system and the lady in charge said her colleagues would get that and helped me carry the TV to my van. Truly outstanding, and not only well done to all the staff, and I met them all, but well done to Argos, you're training and management must be spot on. bought a toaster which broke after a couple of months, argos flatly refused to deal with it. Really disappointed and will try to avoid buying from here in future. Would recommend a more honest retailer like John Lewis, Curry's, or even amazon at this point.

Awful customer service. Bought a toy pram for my daughter (1 year old) for Christmas and it broke (stitching came apart on seat) the next day! Returned to Argos Hornsey for a return / replacement and manager Nadim said there’s nothing he can do as it’s classed as accidental damage. Excuse me? How can a 1 year old possibly tear the whole seam of the seat in 1 day? Explained to him the situation and even had a photo to hand of my 1 year old with the stroller and a tiny little doll inside which was also purchased from Argos at the same time and he wasn’t interested. I’d recommend avoiding this store if you have any faults with your purchase as they are not helpful.

We just moved to the area and needed to purchase a bookshelf. We ordered online and the page automatically selected Wood Green as pick up store without us realising. We went to the Hornsey branch as it was the only Argos we were aware of in the area, but Rihanna was extremely helpful and proactive: instead of just directing us to the correct branch, she offered to check if the item was in stock and also took care of cancelling the other order and issue the refund. She was very frendly and chatted with us whilst we were waiting for the order to be processed. Manager behaviour and great customer service, the kind it's so difficult to find nowadays. Thanks Rihanna!

Shocking customer service!!!
I was collecting my order this morning, and I didn’t get it! I provided all order number follow by pin- from text message. Still not enough, been asked for Argos card and ID..? Server wasn’t helpful instead was just rude!! I understand that there is some security, but providing id , Argos card ( who is actually carry actual plastic card!) is well behind 2022!!! Argos train your staff as customer service is shocking !!!
