Wide range of good quality furniture at reasonable prices. After visiting the Dagenham store, I ended up ordering the Venice swivel dining chairs online. The delivery was arranged really quickly, so the chairs were received within a week or ordering. The delivery guys (who also assembled the chairs) were really friendly and also double checked I was happy with the order before leaving. Highly recommend!

We visited the Dagenham store on Saturday and my in laws purchased a sofa and two armchairs which are beautiful and brilliant value! The customer service was lovely, no pressure and extremely helpful, simple transaction and a really satisfying service! I would like to say how lovely the delivery drivers Geoff and Josh were today! Extremely polite, courteous and very helpful. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family! A-Star

Having moved into an empty gaff with nothing I needed good furniture fast. They had a massive selection, the prices were really keen , and the best thing of all.
I could just pay for what I wanted, and as I had my own van outside the staff loaded me up there and then, no hanging around no hassle at all. A big thumbs up ? for sorting me right out.

Visited the Dagenham store today after hearing the advert on the radio and got some lovely pieces for our new home. All the furniture is very reasonably priced. We were served by a lady called Jan who was extremely helpful

Went to the Dagenham branch today with my 2 daughters age 10 and 4. Told them to sit in a sofa while me and my wife quickly checked sofas that we wanted to buy as the kids were both tired. 5 mins in my 10 year daughter calls me petrified to come to her as there was a store lady shouting at my 4 year old and yelling at her to be in one area and worst of she was shouting at a 4 year old with a heart condition. Poor service, lost a customer for life and as a parent with children i think a little empathy would have gone a long way. Please be careful as this is how they behave with 4 year olds not sure how they would behave after sale if there would be an issue with the product. After that episode dropped the idea of buyijng from there and ever going there ever again.

Thank you Madison and Maisy in the Daghenham despite coming to the shop late due to traffic they were so helpful. The manager was very kind enough to show us a few furniture we had seen online.
