Rude staff . She refused to help . And refused the trolley into self checkout Asda have to look into this . People spending money here. Value the customers. Only 1 checkout is open in whole asda . The self checkout don’t wana help the customers . Time 7:15pm Tuesday .

The customer service is very bad. I got very bad experience about returning something. Customer service manager stracy was very rude behaving to me. She was very disrespectful with customer. I have lost receipt politely I say sorry and I was pay by card. Just 3 days ago I was brought it. All Asda stores are camera recorded. She can check easily. The Customer service rudely ignored.

I just shopped some fruits and vegetables. We had problem scanning the items. The self service till machine for trolleys could not scan some of the items. When we asked the staff to help us scanning the items she only did 3 of them and left. When we call her again she told us to go to the conveyor till with a cashier. She told us that she has to look after other customers and just ignored us. There weren't any customers there who asked her help. After seeing us she was just gossiping with someone. Further the cashier at the conveyor till didn't like us scanning half of the items on self check out and half to bring to her. It seem to us the staff present were not happy to serve the customers which is their job what they get paid for.

What a shame of having this type of staff in Dagenham store for Asda it’s a Big name but it’s really disappointing experience I had from this store
I bought eggs from this store on 4th sep those was expired from 15th august I went back to return customer service person was soo rude and disrespectful you must have cctv I was so humbled and was requested for refund which she refused as on that day wasn’t able to take receipt on 4th sep.
Almost 20 days item was on the shelf and shift supervisor asked me I can still use this wawoooooo
What an amazing staff Asda is having in this branch
We have a trust on the brand now it’s no more the way team dealt
I never had his kind of service and rudeness from any of big chains like
Tesco,Sainsbury’s,LIDL,Aldi

Only went in to buy microwave & few bits of shopping & had to wait approx 10 mins at till to be served. Store was relatively empty. Won’t be returning in a rush

If I could I won't give a single star. Even when I'm going in quiet time it takes ages to pay for shopping. Self-serve tils for trolleys tend to have a problems, you have to wait for assistance, often there is no assistance, no one to help you. If there is ONE which is not enough to do your shopping smoothly without waiting 5-10 minutes for nothing.

It had been a long time since we last visited. There used to be a cafe where we could sit and eat. Unfortunately, they have removed this feature, and now they serve various ready-to-eat hot and cold foods, but there is no chance to sit and consume them. Tables and chairs have been removed, and of course, this was a disappointment for us. We bought halal-cut meat and left. Generally, this place is not much different from any Asda supermarket, but they consistently have halal-cut products. Halal, especially chicken meat, is always available, which is not the case in every Asda. I think they keep it to meet the demand and supply in the region where there is a dense population of communities that consume halal products. The cafeteria, which is important for us, is no longer there, so there is no reason for us to go back.
