Excellent friendly customer service, Packaged very well and in described condition. They dispatched same day for next day delivery and I appreciate that a lot! Would definitely recommend the Dagenham store!

Ordered a few items online and was told they would partially refund some of the postage since they would all be in one parcel which agreed to via email (The label clearly shows £4 as the price and i paid £15 total, wasn't expecting the whole difference but ....) , they still have not and are now ignoring my emails.

It is a shame as i order online through Cash Converters regularly and never had any issue with any of the other branches. Just be cautious if your doing a online order with this particular branch.

Bought a dewalt tool with battery and charger , item arrived missing the battery ! When I notified them that battery was missing they said they would send me it , they sent a totally different battery which arrived with the plastic shell of it all burst and over heats on charger, obviously who ever packaged it stole the battery as shop said they could not find the correct battery anywhere other online buyers are stating similar issues
