The hifi side of this store has a listening room upstairs with good equipment on display. I was in the market for a new turntable and found Dan, the assistant manager exceptionally helpful and patient. The staff I met on entering the store were charming and my whole experience of being a customer there was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Just a fantastic place to shop and they are service agents. We recently had a minor fault with our Miele dishwasher and the service from them is top knotch. V good and knowledgeable service. You can see items before you buy, or sometimes have a demo. UPDATE DECEMBER 2022 Jamie is v clever with audio and I suspect TV - my next TV will most probably be bought via him in a winter sale. Yesterday, I bought a speaker to plug into my CD player. I was given a demo before buying, and had a good evening's entertainment the same day!
