Saw a deal on 02 priority where you pay £5 for a 6 month membership. Before signing up I had a look to check if there were things we would actually do on there local to us, quite a lot of things came up which we already do so thought it would save us money in the school holidays etc. Signed up for the £5 and now when I try to search for the deals on the website, there's hardly anything local to us. It's like they make it look better then it is to get you to sign up but once your a member half the deals disappear

Dodgy company. I tried the £1 for 30 days and couldn't find any deals local enough to me to make any kind of saving. After that should have been £3.99 a month recurring membership. I was charged £34.99 randomly and so I quickly cancelled my membership. I sent emails and read their policies- nowhere does it state that a lump sum would be taken. The emails were generic in their response format and didn't get me anywhere so I've taken it up with my bank instead.

Absolute scam. You sign up because an attraction is listed on the website, but once you are logged in, that particular attraction isn’t listed. I wonder how many £1s they get each week, and how many people forget they’ve subscribed and waste money every month.

The Facebook group is ‘doctored’. I.e. Bad comments are removed.

They will, no doubt, reply saying that I don’t have an account.. Of course not, I closed it, after I wasted the £1

Just joined following a promotion. Couldn't check on what was on offer before joining and paying for membership. Once joined and checked what was available, and finding there wasn't anything of interest for me / near me / particularly worth the membership, I asked to cancel and asked whether a full refund was possible . Please bear in mind I had literally just joined 15 min prior to my request to cancel, and not purchased any of the vouchers or offers.
My request was denied.

Just saying, to let people know that there isn't any cooling off period or anything like that.

For a busy mum with two under 4 this is a great website to see what is available in the local area and search deals for any upcoming day trips we may take. We have had loads of inspiration and gone to places we never would have. Definitely worth signing up for if you had kids and looking for activities in your area or further afield.

I didn't sign up for a subscription however I've just discovered I've been charged £3.99 per month, December and January, without my knowledge!
To add insult to injury I have been poorly both of those months and couldn't go out of I'd wanted to!
