We built Arthur Online with the objective of revolutionizing the world of property management through cutting-edge new technology. Pitiful, shameful service by a complete charlatan. Decided to go with her (its a one person operation run by a woman called Ali Shadrack) for a Kickstarter campaign fundraise. We sign a contract, after that...nothing. No emails, no phone calls, nothing. I write her repeatedly and never get an answer, although the clock is ticking and we are moving close to launch date. Three weeks later I get a completely copy and pasted press release, without any knowledge or relevance to the product in question. A complete amateur posing as a pro. If you care about your brand, stay away from this clown, she was a complete and total waste of time.
