Nice staff. However, there is a poor job of packing. I purchased a snow globe and it wasn’t even wrapped in any packaging whatsoever no tissue or anything at the till.

It cracked on the way home. Quite disappointed. I think more should be done to protect fragile items. Very annoyed and it was the last one.

Nice clean shopping area including Costa, Gregg's and Subway. Decent coop store, home bargains and poundland..
Very handy for Lidl and Aldi and rest of Bingley shops.

The lady in store on the shop floor was really helpful. Superb customer service. I was looking for cellophane, she searched high and low and even brought out alternative options, afraid I didn't get her name but she wore spex had blonde hair and a full fringe (not great with describing people haha) but I left the store with a smile on my face due to said person, thank you
