Michelle and all the wonderful team at Squark have collaborated with Highfields School for a number of years, always producing work which fits the brief perfectly and is of a very high quality. As we have got to know one another, Squark have embraced the Highfields brand and helped us to develop ideas within our philosophy.

From the first point of contact to the end result, Squark have always turned work around very quickly, explaining what they can do and within what time frame – also usually including price, which is very helpful from a budget point of view.

Inevitably, at times we have asked Squark to work to extremely tight deadlines which they have always done calmly, with good humour and efficiency, keeping us updated throughout the process, always completing within time and never letting us down.

Highfields School has been working with Michelle Jones at Squark Designs for around 4 or 5 years. Michelle helps us put our ideas into pictures and has she has been responsible for all the creative work in our recent advertising campaigns, maintaining our house style yet offering new ideas and always keeping to the brief. She turns work around unbelievably quickly as copy deadlines often come at the 11th hour! She is extremely patient when I am not able to give her an accurate brief first time - which is sometimes inevitable as the first draft prompts further ideas!

Michelle picks up my messages straight away and will always tell me what her turnaround time is. Even when time has been very tight she has worked around my deadlines and completed the work in good time for me to be able to use it. I would thoroughly recommend Squark Designs to another business.
