I have to say the setup for Santa Claus could be better. I know it's free, but the sleigh looks a bit tired now. On the plus side, the queue lady, the elf and Santa were great. Even the Photographer was great, making my kids laugh while we waited. Thanks for the unexpected goody bag too, kids loved it.

The centre looks old and uncared for. The shops themselves on the whole look like they should.. They suit their brand names well. But I wouldn't choose to go there often

extreme dump of a 'shopping centre'. off putting creepy old security who do nothing when they see shoplifting or fights in the centre and let customers do their jobs for them. looks a mess smells a mess. avoid this cesspit at all costs. zero public toilets inside. seems like they have closed their outside ones, probably because they are too lazy to maintain them given the work ethic of their security and cleaning staff. what an utter disgrace this place is.

Can’t believe there are no toilets in a shopping centre. Where do the children go. Shops won’t allow you to go unless you are a customer in which case you buy a drink only to need the loo again and so it goes on. Shouldn’t be allowed

Only visited as attended an appointment at Vision Express. Disappointed with the centre, showing its age and the carpark above poorly signposted, first visit to town centre was stressful and sat nav useless for proper directions.

A great location to find just about anything, either inside or outside. I actually got nabbed by the security team while I was taking these photos. They were friendly courteous and very efficient. Not only can you wander around knowing you're being well looked after, they were able to help me with loads of information about the shops too.
