Started working with Michael in the beginning of April, at first he seemed polite helpful and knowledgeable, however soon I have grown doubts regarding the quality of his services as I wasn’t seeing much of return in clients from his marketing services. I have questioned it several times and was always advised to give it more time, however the situation remained the same. This leads software is very flawed as even when an old client would call, it would register it as new caller and would request to input data. Michael has failed to provide reports for Facebook and Google leads that would be essential for me to understand the progress of the ads and since he’s been extremely untrustworthy I could not continue with the partnership any longer as it was making losses. After Michael has shown his true colours by demanding nothing pay without offering any way to improve the service, he started blackmailing me to publish videos which where taken without my consent, he denied me access for the software yet demanded the pay. He also tricked me into signing a contract in March to commence from April and had demanded the pay for March although we started working from April. He got some no win no fee debt collectors to try and obtain the payment for the work he hasn’t completed. I am very disappointed with his so called service as the previous marketing agency has been much more effective, prompt and honest. If he was such an expert I would of happily continued with the partnership, however I haven’t seen any promised results and would advise anyone to avoid this company
