My experience with Lead Gen Group/Revenue Machine has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating business interactions I’ve ever encountered. From the outset, I was drawn in by a series of grand promises and assurances by their salesperson, Chris. He confidently laid out a vision of success that sounded too good to pass up—unfortunately, it turned out to be exactly that: too good to be true.
False Promises and Deception
The foundation of my dissatisfaction lies in the misrepresentation of their services. Chris assured me of specific processes and outcomes that have yet to materialize. For instance, he painted a picture of a well-oiled lead generation system that would deliver quality leads tailored to my business needs. However, after over 40 days, the results have been shockingly poor:
Nine leads in total, with only 2 pickups.
One lead had a language barrier and insufficient capital, while the other had no capital.
This is far from the quality and volume of leads that were promised. Instead of receiving potential clients who could genuinely engage with my business, I was left with unqualified and irrelevant leads, wasting my time and resources.
Restarted Campaigns and Pushed Payments
Adding insult to injury, my campaign has been restarted twice without explanation or acknowledgment of the disruption this caused. Each restart was accompanied by requests to wait longer, only to be told today - 12/11/24, that they weren't targeting my leads right. SMH! Then they dared to request more funds; instead of trying to right their wrongs or applier, I met with Renee, and she kept pushing and trying to guilt trip me into throwing more money down the drain. The company is more focused on extracting more money from its clients than delivering the results it promises.
When I raised these concerns, I was pressured to make another payment rather than address the issues or take accountability. This disregard for client satisfaction and transparency is deeply troubling.
Lack of Accountability and Poor Communication
One of the most frustrating aspects of this experience has been the company’s unwillingness to take responsibility for its failures. My concerns have been met with excuses, deflection, or vague reassurances. The campaign's progress updates have been minimal and unhelpful, leaving me in the dark about what was being done to address the problems.
Additionally, the company insists we are only a third into the campaign, implying that I should withhold judgment until its conclusion. However, given the abysmal results and the lack of concrete action or accountability, I have no confidence that the remaining time will yield significant improvement.
A Breach of Trust
I entered this agreement in good faith, prepared to invest substantial resources into the enterprise program. If I saw measurable progress, I was ready to wire $135,000 for a long-term campaign. Instead, I feel I’ve been taken advantage of, misled by false promises, and deceived into signing up for a service that does not deliver what it claims.
The trust I placed in this company has been entirely eroded. Their unwillingness to meet me halfway or acknowledge their shortcomings only reinforces my belief that they are more interested in profit than building lasting client relationships.
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, I would like to point out that others are against working with Lead Gen Group/Revenue Machine. Disappointment, false promises, and a total lack of accountability have marked my experience. Suppose the company needs to address these issues and provide the results they guaranteed. In that case, I will have no choice but to take further action, including reporting them to regulatory agencies, filing for a chargeback, and sharing my experience widely to ensure others do not face the same disappointment.
I can only recommend their services to people if they prove otherwise.
