Been to see John today to audition and possibly part exchange speakers recently. Not is the place phenomenal but I was really touched by John's straight forward yet humble and friendly demeanour. Its a shame I couldn't connect with the speakers I auditioned but John was sympathetic an understanding. Will be going back to him soon !

Sold me a Rega turntable that broke. Ignored my complaint for 2 months then eventually said bring it in but by which time music matters in Solihull had repaired it for me under the Rega lifetime guarantee. Great people to deal with. In return I have placed a 6k order for a surround system. Highly recommended
