The information was detailed and thorough, but not overcomplicated, and their personable nature made it easy to ask questions and discuss examples. I recently had a creative writing session with Kirsty as part of my apprenticeship. It was amazing and Kirsty was such a friendly, genuine and passionate person. I recently attended a really enjoyable LinkedIn training session via Zoom presented by Kirsty. Kirsty's style was engaging and responsive to her audience when we asked our questions. The session covered the basics of creating and maintaining a LinkedIn profile, . I learned a lot of new and useful information that I can now apply to my pages to help our online presence. I highly recommend having this training to anyone who feels that they need to improve their LinkedIn skills and online presence.

An interesting and useful morning sharing ideas with the J&PR team. I work in communications so while I am not a complete beginner to social media - it was great to hear from Kirsty and Sophie about emerging trends and how best to utilise each platform.
