From the moment we went into the shop the service was superb! The guidance, support and advice on fabrics from Maddie was excellent and we really appreciated her knowledge and expertise. Communication once my order was placed was exceptional and Peter Silk went out of his way to ensure everything matched my house down to the minute detail. My new curtains and blinds are just beautiful and were fitted so well and they are of the highest quality - so pleased with every aspect of this service. This is a wonderful shop!

Similar experience to previous customers review ( unconnected in any way ) we walked in today to see what’s on offer as we are refurbishing our home, but due to the rude nature of the lady and the aggressive support of the man I will never be back. The products are old fashioned & over priced “want to be” classics without real taste. Interesting two people had the exact same experience. Perhaps they are struggling- hence their attitudes.
