Laila was recommended to us by 2 close friends, and we're delighted we chose her to sell our family home of 18+ years.

Right from the start, Laila's way of working just seemed so different to our previous agent experiences. The WhatsApp group she set up with us at the start was a great idea to keep communication flowing without the need for lots of voice calls - and so minimising disruption for all.

All viewings were confirmed by email, and follow ups were quick and efficient. Our previous experience of estate agency has not been great - we've ended up showing potential buyers around ourselves, with bookings spread randomly across all times of day/ evening, making you wonder why you're paying a fee, just to have to sell the house yourself!

Laila couldn't be more different - she's brilliantly efficient, conducting all viewings herself. She block books them so they're back-to-back, taking up as short a chunk of time as possible which we really appreciated. We have a dog, so were always out of the house as a family when viewings were happening, making sure that Laila could sell the house without us hanging around!

Her time-keeping is immaculate from a personal and buyer management point of view, and so we always knew that if we needed to be out of the house for an hour, then that was what would happen.

On a personal level, Laila is extremely professional, honest and personable. No question was too much trouble, and we had many a late night WhatsApp exchange 'out of hours', which went massively above and beyond our expectations.

We are thrilled to have had Laila sell our home for us and would recommend her a thousand times over, and over, and over!!

(she will love me for this, but I called her 'fierce', which I meant as a huge compliment - she's straightforward, straight-talking and gets the job done with a smile and a warmth that's pretty hard to beat - you DEFINITELY want her on your team when you're buying or selling!)

I can't think of enough positives to describe Laila.

After trying to sell our house with another major highstreet estate agent, and having a not so great experience, we decided to market our house with Laila as we'd viewed properties with her and thought that's who we would want to be showing potential buyers around our house.

Laila modernises the whole process and makes it easy throughout. She gets back to you pretty much instantly using WhatsApp (and always seems to be working!) which is a huge help when busy working and unable to send emails or make phone calls.

She really gets to know you and your property which is evident when viewing as a buyer. She's realistic about valuation and quickly achieved an asking price offer for us, ensuring buyers were vetted and proceedable.

I also found that anyone I asked Laila to recommend (surveyor/solicitor) were great at what they do too.

One of Laila's biggest plus points is her propensity to push sales through and keep on top of the chain to ensure things happen when they should and time doesn't lapse unnecessarily.

Laila seems to hugely care about what she does, her clients and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. I'd never use another estate agent now!
