I haven’t been to this store for quite some time and this mornings visit reminded me why, it’s absolutely filthy, these photos were only quick snaps of the bread and cake aisle, the rest of the store was just as bad.
Disgusting

Had no option but to nip in here for a pee and a pitstop with the ankle biters :0)
Easy to park. Plenty of spaces.
The toilets were clean, and the changing room was full of all our needs, which impressed me.
The cafe was a good size, the prices were reasonable and the cups were huge, it was like drinking a bucket of coffee! Much needed, though. The coffee was lively, and the staff and service were great. It wasn't too busy and we all left happy.

I have being shopping online for many many years at Asda Hereford guess what's my last 3 deliveries was only half of the shopping as their employees put they did pick my order but some how they didn't delivery to me. I understand sometimes they can be tired or understaff but 3x already 50% of my shopping wasn't delivery at all. What's the point of having a online delivery service if you can't do it If can't do it please suspend it for while.

I shop here often because it is handy, plus it is quite a large store with a wide range of goods. Price wise it is ok but not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl. Good sized car park, free for three hours, also handy if you want to pop into town. However it can become gridlocked during very busy times and can take ages to exit! There is a nice enough cafe inside plus a competitive fuel station, however today it was closed because they had run dry! There is a soft plastic recycling point in the entrance/exit

A decent Asda, and a great pharmacy, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement - in particular the toilets. The smell is biblically bad to the point it could probably make you go blind. The worst smelling public loos I have ever visited. It smells like a porta potty that has been fermenting in the sun for the past year. This is not just a one off, this is every time I do my weekly shop! Please, for the love of all that good in the world, sort this!!

If it was possible I would have given a zero..
This store is the most depressing place I have ever visited.
Asda Motto we are happy to help ,what a joke! Practically all self service only a handful of manned tills with only one person serving people queuing with full trolleys which the self service was not designed for .
Staff look miserable which is totally understandable working in a complete dump.
It is quite clear that the owners and not customer focused they are totally driven by greed and profits.
It is a million miles away from being a pleasurable experience.
Don't use the place!

I would recommend people to visit Tesco just down the road where customers are treated better, staff seam happier and go out of their way to help, it is a more pleasant and pleasurable shopping experience 100%

Asda in Hereford is generally a decent supermarket, with items of a good standard. Its fresh produce is better than most of its competitors, and it also has a decent cafe and offers a Travel Money option, though there are no Opticians option available.
The drawbacks of this particular store are its location and it size, its small by comparison to most other Asda's I have been in, meaning limitions of some items on offer

Used to be a good supermarket and cheap, but since it's been took over from Walmart, its gone downhill very steeply. Asda seems to have no interest in customer service and experience in the store. We go and the shelves aren't stocked properly or they are a mess, theres boxes strewn all over the floor, the toilets are dirty because they dont employ anyone to clean them properly, they rely on staff who serve in store to clean them when they can find the time. Theres hardly any staff on the checkouts. The staff that are in there are all raiding the shelves for those who want home deliveries, it seems Asda is more interested in the online shoppers. Tesco on the other hand is well stocked, clean, plenty of helpful staff and plenty staff on the tills. No wonder Tesco is posting record profits and Asda is posting losses. Maybe the new owners should stick to running petrol stations.
