Kieran and Mattie at Kent Estate agents in Herne Bay have been superb to work with.
Kieran met us multiple times at different properties. He got to know us and what we were looking for. He proactively called us when new properties came on to the market.

HIGHLY recommend - we recently bought a house through Kent Estate Agencies, spoke to several of their staff throughout the process and all were very friendly, polite and helpful. Our purchase took six months for various reasons, and Mattie was an absolute star throughout - keeping us up to date with progress, and chasing solicitors and other agents on a daily basis. Mattie was literally our only point of contact and source of information throughout the process as the agent I was selling through were no use at all with no sales progressor to speak of. Sales progression is a hugely important part of the process, particularly when there are numerous issues like we had further up the chain, and knowing how strong KEA are in this regard means they would be an obvious choice if we were to move again. Mattie went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure we were kept up to date, and tolerated my daily chaser emails with nothing but patience, understanding and professionalism. There is no doubt in my mind that the process would have taken significantly longer if we didn't have Mattie, and we are incredibly grateful for her hard work. Thank you Mattie, and thank you KEA.

We have bought 3 properties and sold 3 properties through Kent Estate Agents in the last few years, the last time being during covid last year. Keiron kept the sale on track through a very difficult time. Kieran, Elliot and Mattie have always gone out of their way to help us. They offer an excellent service, communication is great, they are very professional and offer good value for money. They have shown us lots of properties and been very patient while we decided!! On a couple of occasions when we have had a bit of a "wobble" Kieron was always available to speak to us and talk us through our issues with no pressure at all to proceed with the purchase.
