5 Stars. What a friendly bunch of people. I went in 1 hour before my allotted time. They were ready to help. I thought my phone was on its way out but after a good clean it was like new. This is the 2nd time Iv been in and always ready to help.

We went into the shop to do some shopping. We were received by the best assistant Rob. He was professional and knowledgeable. Spared sometime for us. Very kind and helpful. He made our whole shopping experience pleasant. His personality makes you spend more....he is wonderful.

Only leaving 5 starts because Chidera was a breath of fresh air at the Apple Store. He was friendly, happy to help & very knowledgeable. We had a lovely experience thanks to him!

Absolutely shocking service . Meet and greet is a key part of welcoming a customer and making the start of the interaction a positive one - well not at this store.
Absolutely no welcoming, friendly service. A robot would have done a better job.

Just been on the phone with one of their technicians who advised me on a hardware issue with my old phone and he clarified everything for me in a professional manner. From now on even if I live 40 miles away…any issues I might have with all my Apple devices I will go there. Extremely happy with the outcome.

So my M3 Macbook Pro decided to stop working so I took it into Apple and they took it away to have a look at the issues I was facing. The repair took about 3 weeks which they apologised multiple times for which I appreciated but I don't mind as I know it's not their fault! After I had A LOT of hardware repairs done, I picked my macbook up and I still had a slight display wakening issue which I was worried would cause me problems in the future. So I book another appointment a week later to go and see if they know about this issue. Jayson the Mac technician is clearly amazing at his job as he showed care in my problems and made sure to look through the problems I had before and the one I had at the time. He decided to give me an M4 Macbook Pro to avoid anymore time spent for me without my macbook, which I rely on a lot. I was then handed over to his colleague with the cool painted nails (sorry I didn't catch the name) and he set me up with my new macbook. I truly appreciate how they have been and how much care they showed with helping me. They mentioned how nice it was that I was easy about the situation as I'm sure a lot of people aren't as easy as I was, so hopefully more people can see how hard they try to fix these issues! Thanks guys

The team quickly diagnosed the issue, found the cable to be faulty, and immediately provided a replacement at no charge, thanks to my long-term AppleCare+. The process was smooth, and the staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommend this store for top-notch customer service!
