I had the pleasure of dealing with Claire initially from Lettercraft. She was extremely help and answered lots of questions that I had in relation to their light boxes. Claire even went to the length of sourcing a movie poster which was not in their catalogue.
Due to Claire’s help, knowledge and great customer service, I contact the company to order an initial 3 light boxes for the cinema room in our house.
I initially spoke to Pam and was then passed onto Dylan who confirmed my order. Both were happy, polite and helpful.
I received all 3 light boxes the next day which was really good.
The light boxes were well packaged and upon opening the parcel, all three boxes looking amazing and even more so when lit up.

So it’s a big thank you to the gang at lettercraft and I’ll be ordering lots more boxes on the near future.

Hello Lettcraft, i made a mistake on my toplight order, luckily it was spotted and i was telephoned by a lovely lady. My order was corrected and i received my new toplight the next day. I think this is great customer service. Very well done!!

Every single person in this company was extremely incompetent and the service they provide is shocking!

They not only sent me an incorrect product but then blamed me for this mistake and hung the phone up when I tried to explain this to them!

I was told that this issue would be resolved by one person, who would phone back the next day but never did. I think spoke to another woman who was extremely rude, told me it was my fault and hung up the phone!

I would recommend steering clear of this amateurish company as there are many better companies out there.
