What a breath of fresh air. After years and years and years of trying to find a web company that actually cares about what they do, whilst at the same time providing an extremely excellent service, Create8 have delivered well beyond expectation. We went through an extensive search process to make sure we found the right company for the job, and Create8 didn't disappoint. We have loved working with the team and even after launch, they have worked tirelessly to make sure that the site is running to exactly how we had agreed in the development phase.

We had to move from an unsupported site over to shopify, which had it's challenges, but the team managed to sail through these with ease, on time and on budget. We are extremely happy with Shopify now as a platform.

I couldn't recommend the team at Create8 highly enough. Will be using them for more projects moving forward. If you're hesitating about finding a new shopify development team, you no longer need to with Create8 supporting you.

Shocked and unhappy with the service from create 8 - we have started a new company and employed create 8 to help with our Shopify build, the service they offer is £3,000 net of VAT and essentially what this entails is you paying create 8 and they then getting you to do all of the labour.

They use a software that creates a wireframe based on the format of a shopify theme and ask you to go through and write all the content put pictures in and select and remove pages etc. They then just copy this into your shopify store. There is no design element no suggestions no expertise or advice from them, it's literally just a copy job and they charge £3,000!

On one video call with a staff member going through what they done, I was told this was one of there easiest jobs and took no time at all. When I then challenged the creative director and sales director to help me understand how they can charge this much for the "service" while holding out paying the second 50% of the invoice they threatened to and I quote "not hand over the website IP rights". How can they threaten a customer?

The most ironic thing, you would think as it's just a copy job there would be no typos or sizing issues with the text displaying on pages in shopify, think again.

Not sure about there other services they offer but the shopify build service is a total hoax steer clear!

We found Create8 by accident and what a happy accident that's been!

We've worked with them for the last year or so, working on new branding, a new logo, a new website and all the associated products that needed updating, such as roller banners and brochures. Create8 have been there, every step of the way, bringing great design ideas, holding regular, friendly meetings, and always delivering everything on time. Their pricing has been great too.

We've got other projects coming up soon and I'll definitely being go back to Create8 to for their help and expertise.
