If I could give a 0 star I would. This company is a complete scam. I went in with a venue as a wedding photographer in hopes this would put me in front of tons of brides & grooms. The catalogue was suppose to be out before a major bridal show, only to be told after the fact "it wasn't ready on time" so it did not go out. My ad took forever to design. The communication was horrific and still is if I am being honest. I wasted so much money on this company and their empty promises. I would LOVE a refund back and will continue to emailed yall until you respond 🙂

I had a great experience from start to finish with Connect. Adam was super helpful and professional with his presentation and I didn't hesitate to advertise my wedding painting business. I am very happy with the quality of the brochure and the turn around time. I had the great pleasure of working directly with Adam Hartley and the Connect team to create a wedding guide for my Norfolk, VA venue, Wiseacre Estate. Adam's enthusiasm, charm and professionalism sealed the deal, for sure... while he allowed me the flexibility to make sure I was pleased with the final result. I paid in full and the contract was not upheld. I unfortunately signed a contract as a wedding photographer to be featured in a guide with a local venue at the end of 2021. The guide was supposed to be released early 2022 and then a year later an updated guide was going to be released so we could update our pricing and images. I paid over $2k for each guide. The first guide was released 4 months later than promised, and the second guide never came to fruition. I emailed them in May 2023 inquiring about the second guide (that at this point I'd already paid for in full). I was told that they had actually just contacted the venue and they would be in touch soon for design options. That is the last I ever heard from them. They've completely ghosted me with no explanation - breaching our contract. I could not be more disappointed in this service and investment.

Working with Connect Group Media has been an interesting experience. While they were prompt and enthusiastic when it came to collecting fees, their communication on other crucial aspects, like design and general inquiries, seemed to vanish into thin air. The promised wedding guide, expected by September 30th, is yet to see the light of day as we step into December. It appears that the company's dedication to vendors and venues dwindles significantly after the payment is secured. A more consistent and transparent approach would have certainly made this collaboration more enjoyable. Stay away from this company at all cost. I will be seeking legal action.

If I could give this company a zero star rating, I absolutely would! It certainly did sound like an exciting and valuable product they were offering, but here we are months later with no product in hand. I have been less than please with their creation of my ad! I was assured that they would take the "best and appropriate" content from my website in creating the ad. The first iteration they sent me included a significant amount of information on the funerals I officiate! Seriously?! They have ghosted me, the other vendors, and the venue that initially started the project with them. All of us have demanded that the project be cancelled and our funds returned. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Or it WILL cost!

I definitely wish I had seen the most recent review before engaging with this company. While I was excited about the guide, they took no initiative to get it done once they had engaged vendors and taken their money. After months of no progress, and horrible (or a complete lack) of communication, I have told them I want to cancel the project and have the vendors refunded. All the vendors have agreed and asked for their investment back, but the company has been silent on the request so far. It was summer time when we started...now it has been over a month since I "pulled the plug." We are basically being ghosted. My vendors are upset and I regret ever having gotten into this mess...I believe they are going to try to steamroll the project through... I will update my review, if or when this aggravating and lengthy situation is resolved. In the meantime, I'll be warning other Venue owners and vendors I know to steer clear.

Met this company at Wedding MBA 2022. Everything started off great with these guys. They were professional and quick to answer any questions. Until after they received payments from our vendors, and they began ghosting us. Our vendors believe we were a part of a scam. And instead of this company righting their wrongs, and refunding our vendors, they disabled the connect cards we were given and stopped answering our phone calls/emails and our vendors calls/emails. We started this process in Feb 2023. It’s currently Sept 2023 and we still have no connect cards or booklets. Do not recommend.
