EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
64 hrs from contacting them to job completion!!!
Monday: Phone call to Brookhouse.
Monday: Engineer turned up 3 hours later!! £80 callout but that included a service!! Great service, or what!!!
Tuesday morning: They contacted me with a quote which was approx £200 cheaper than a previous one!
Thursday morning: Can they come and do the job between 2 and 4!! "See you later!!"
64 hrs!!
My previous quote timeline, lasted over 4 weeks from initial contact to THEIR termination of the job. They were also VERY difficult to get in touch with.

Absolutely first class service and communication from start to finish.
Jack came to service our oil-boiler and was excellent, explaining everything in full, a very pleasant and friendly experience from start to finish.
Anyone with an Oil Boiler in need of quality technicians, Brookhouse are highly recommended.
