SPA Professional Academy have been fantastic to work with during my Level 4 course in Professional Marketing. The process and training videos were really easy to use and there were plenty of extra resources that were easily accessible.

During my course the support from Andy himself was brilliant, with regular team calls when I felt I needed them and prompt and detailed feedback throughout the process. Any questions I had Andy was able to answer.

I've just completed my level 6 diploma in professional marketing and digital marketing with SPA and can't fault the experience. After being out of education for a while I was apprehensive about how I would manage studying amongst work and other family commitments. Andy and the rest of team at SPA provided such an excellent experience. As well as learning stacks of marketing content that I have already applied in my job there customer experience was faultless. Little touches such as providing printed materials ahead of lectures ( I studied online remotely) and offering additional support over Zoom flexibly made me feel really confident about my submissions to CIM. I have recently completed my Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing. It can be very daunting to be out of education for a long time to tackle something like this. However, the team at SPA were nothing but excellent. I felt supported throughout all three of my modules. Although all the modules were over zoom, it didn't affect the tutor's ability to teach or my ability to learn.

All the learning resources were excellent, made the course easy to follow, and made the assignments understandable; feedback from the tutor was always prompt and detailed.

Everything I have learnt with the CIM through SPA has come into use in my day-to-day work as Head of Marketing. Allowing me not only better understand marketing but also to support my team with my key learnings.

I would like to personally thank Paul and Andy for all their help in getting through Level 6, it wasn't always easy, but it was always fun.

I have completed my CIM Level 4 and Level 6 Digital Marketing courses with SPA Professional Academy and couldn't recommend them highly enough!

From first meeting Andy, you are instantly put at ease with his knowledge and patience. Every module that I have sat across the past few years have been explained and addressed in great detail and have ultimately helped me get pass all the required modules.

Although I haven't experienced any classroom learning or the distanced learning, I can thoroughly advocate for the livestreams that take place one weekday evening for around 8 weeks (per module). This allowed me to finish work, have some food and join the call in plenty of time before each lesson.

I have really enjoyed both courses that I've completed and look forward to contacting SPA and Andy again when I look to complete my next qualification!

From 2021 to 2022, I was lucky to study for my Level 4 Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing via SPA’s fantastic distance-learning package. Signing up was quick and easy, and all study materials, recorded lectures, and extra resources provided were of an exceptionally high standard.

The material covered across all modules is extremely useful for the modern marketer. Whether you have previous marketing experience or are starting fresh, there is plenty to keep you busy.

Andy and Lisa are both wonderful educators and explain everything in brilliant detail. Any of my questions related to the assignments were always handled thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Above all, completing my Level 4 Certificate with SPA has helped me to broaden my understanding of the components underlying marketing campaigns and has boosted my confidence as a digital marketer.
