An honest review!

We was with these for our SEO services for a few months and spent a few thousand pounds on the campaign, sadly we didn’t receive any orders during this time, and Carrie Ann seemed to get rid of staff like no one’s business so we were constantly changing our consultant. Even her ex employee had admitted this to us that she was hot headed when she sent us a lovely goodbye message. One time we had someone who was supposed to be a professional with Shopify but when we had a 121 into call she said she didn’t know anything about it so sadly a little misleading. The next thing we knew she was gone from the company so go figure maybe? I was also accused of being negative and being talked about to my business colleague behind my back!! Of course my colleague showed me what she wrote so not exactly what I’d call professional really. Also kept being guilt tripped and given sob stories as to why work wasn’t completed and when I asked I was told I’m upsetting them? Also no way to see what they did and haven’t done so was very much paying but unsure what they were doing, in hindsight (after us finding a new company) we’ve noticed that we wasn’t once asked for logging details for our analytics account which is the first thing our new company has asked so take that with a pinch of salt! Sorry if this sounds like we’re in school but this is exactly how things happened, which I’ve noticed some other bad reviews have been written but have mysteriously been taking down so wanted to give an honest, accurate review as I think it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due and where to call people out on things .

Also don’t think it’s very professional trying to call and txt via WhatsApp when the owner is quite literally piddled (drunk) maybe it works for some or maybe I’m just more old school!?

I’ve left 3 stars as I will admit that Carrie Ann was quick at responding to my colleague Scott and seemed like they got on sort of. So yeah a mixed barrel but wouldn’t recommend them for SEO services sadly.
