Outstanding and professional
Solihull Branch were amazing. They listened to my needs and matched a superb bespoke audio system to it. They were so professional, patient and thorough. I am hearing things on my jazz vinyls I just did not know were there. Its like listening to them for the first time and how the artists meant them to be heard. Incredible. Thankyou Tom and Wayne. Great place.
Very very knowledgeable and helpful, and not just read the box label to you knowledge, but years of living and breathing this stuff knowledge.
Was unhappy with my old system, couldn't really articulate what I wanted for "better", I spent numerous hours over multiple trips listening to combinations of their stuff and mine and finding the best combination for me.
Tom was great, I was probably a pain in the rear but he never got frustrated.
Never tried to sell me anything or push something on me, just was patient and helpful to get to a solution right for my budget and my ears.
Can't speak highly enough about them.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The service here is simply outstanding. A huge thank you to Wayne for delivering an exceptional customer experience that went above and beyond. I don't often take the time to write a review, but I'm genuinely blown away by the service Wayne provided. Not only did he help me select the right speaker, but he also carried it all the way to my car, a good 7-minute walk from the store. That level of care and humility, especially coming from the store manager, speaks volumes about their commitment to service. I could go on, but I think the message is clear—this place is a rare find.

Many thanks to Tom from the Solihull branch for facilitating a speedy repair to our cd player and for recommending an appropriate amp and speakers which he went to great lengths to demonstrate and ensure they produced the right sound for our needs and were within our budget. His knowledge and thorough explanation of the set up was invaluable when we collected the equipment from the store, even talking us through some minor setup glitches when we got home.
