They have been very good but my last dealings with them have been a nightmare, zip broke on a new purchase premium rate phone number & finally get a replacement & is different to what I ordered. I'm a very unhappy bunny!

This review isn’t so much about their products but mainly what happened weeks later. I purchased some items for my mum using her debit card. This is the only time it has ever been used for this kind of purchase. Got a notification on my phone that someone tried to buy something on Amazon for £0.00 using my mums card details, this would have needed the 3 digit code on the back of the card , I rejected the attempt. An hour later 4 more transactions for £61, I blocked the card for online purchases. Day later, payment request for Waitrose. Had to call the bank and order a new card.
Filled in the customer contact section of Chums explaining what had happened, clicked submit and the web page failed.

I work in I.T and know that the device is clean so no issues my end. The company either has a breach or unsecure website. If you are going to use the site then I’d suggest using a credit card rather than Debit card.

Lovely Tracy couldn’t do enough to help us in the shop! What a truly wonderful lady! We got exactly what we wanted🤗 If you look through Chums catalogue and see what you want Tracy rings through or types the request on her computer and the lovely Monica brings it into the shop for you! There are also facilities to try on the clothes and the premises are wheelchair friendly. The staff in this place are a credit to the company! 🤗❤️☀️

Website is totally useless,nothing works,it sends you codes to verify your identity and confirm your details,then instead of accepting them,starts the whole process all over again.Whoever designed their website should be sacked,and the job given to someone who knows what they are doing!

Ordered online, trousers too big (my error in measuring) called customer service who were super helpful, was able to go to their shop and exchange rather than return via Evri and reorder. Can't fault them. Happy with quality of items and price 🙂
