Staff at Jus B Media has been great to work with since an introductory phone call. They sent over pricing as I requested; understood it had to have Board approval which took time until the next scheduled meeting. Having recently had a branding guide created for the nonprofit by a graphic designer, including the website, colors, logo, fonts, etc. it was easy to share this with Jus B Media to implement. In our organizational refresh our staff worked to update our content. Minimal adjustments needed made to any of the content or layout. Jus B Media had great patience as we struggled to get our current domain holder to understand the change of contact info for our website- THAT took 4 attempts with the DNS provider to allow Jus B Media to add our new website. But it all got done, and I am so very pleased. Jus B Media is great to work with and I am very happy with the new website.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The team at Jus B Media built my website several months ago now. Over the course of time they've worked with me to make modifications and additions to the site, improving it even further from the already superb business tool that it is. I am not a technologically advanced individual and have zero knowledge of what it takes to design and manage a website. The team always makes it too easy for me. They explain everything that I need to know, and clearly answered any questions that I ask.
