It was March 2020 when the world had been turned upside down. With some staff on furlough I was left in a similar position to most of working full-time, in my kitchen, with a 3 year old running about.

The a call came in. It was one of our lovely clients at her wits end. She was having problems accessing her business Facebook page and had tried everything she could think of.

Now I can use Facebook but I couldn’t work out what was going on either. She just couldn’t access the admin and it was driving her crazy. So, I then asked James to take a look, the most qualified person I know in social media. James calmly went through everything and worked out that a previous employee was the admin for the page. James helped get this all sorted so she could take control of her own page.

What an absolute star. Totally saved the day and left us with a very happy client.

Since then I have taken his training course running through everything I could possibly need to know about social media, plus a handy workbook to plan my strategy and refer back to. There is no ‘one size fits all’ solution for social media and getting together a tailored strategy makes perfect sense and one which we will be implementing over the coming months.
