I wouldn't recommend!! Went to their shop for a quote on some designs/decals. They said they couldn't give a quote right away and they would email me it within the next couple of days. The guy at the time seemed abit off like he didn't want to do the work, very mardy/grumpy type of person. It's been nearly 2 weeks and didn't even receive the quote. They should just say they couldn't or didn't want the work. I have now used another business due to these wasting my time.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Total Signs Grimsby and I can honestly say its one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Over the course of a few weeks I required the team to redesign a vehicle for me right down to the millimeter and nothing was genuinely too much trouble. I was under a time restraint and had to change certain parts of the design throughout and last minute which not only did they accommodate they made sure at every turn I was happy which was incredibly reassuring when dealing with something that was quite new to me. Their communication was second to none and every team member I encountered had the same “can do” attitude, what a refreshing change! If you are thinking of using these guys, do so, they are worth their weight in gold! Thank you to all the team, you made a daunting task a most enjoyable one!!! Was very pleased TSG were able to make me a brill banner at such short notice. They asked me exactly what I was after and were able to send me some proofs before printing. When I went and collected it, Kerry was really friendly. The banner was up on my stall and it stood out a mile off! Really pleased!
