Rude and aggressive, one of the staff. They didn’t take my parcel from Parcelforce/Collect+ and had no clue what I was taking about, despite they advertise on the website as collecting those parcels. One said it is to large in a rude manner

Similar experiences to others , totally inconsistent as to whether he will take a parcel or not ( Ups or dpd) if he does take it carts like he’s totally doing you a favour ,
Saw a mouse in the store too. Definitely would not buy anything

Completely incompetent when it comes to DPD parcel pick ups. Guy working midday on Sunday has no clue how to use the machine. Stood in the shop with him aggressively hitting buttons on the pick up scanner for 10 mins. Got the parcel in the end but wasn’t a pleasurable experience

Says it's a DPD drop off site, but doesn't take the package. Probably best to avoid if you want to drop off your packages for collection
