Nice shopping centre, but desperately needs better signage for the lifts to the carpark/different levels.
I was looking after my 90 year old grandmother, and she was quite tired by the time we eventually found our way back to the carpark.
There is a map in one of the forum areas, but the lifts are not clearly mentioned on the map. We had to ask multiple people where to find them. This could be easily rectified with signs directing you and would save uncertainty for shoppers with mobility needs.

Great parking is getting expensive for 1 to 2 hrs
They need to look at this to keep my custom and many others
The free Christmas parking is full of staff taking advantage of free day parking may be 3 or 4 hours would work better

Marketplace car parking was a bit tight but convienient. Shopping centre has wide variety of shops and you can access the main high street once you walk through. We dont visit often but it has the most local Primark to us from where we live.

Nicely set out, plenty of shops, and enough eateries for a decent day out . There's a good mix of smaller stores to the larger high street shops.
Venture slightly further and you can find some quaint coffee shops and interesting shops on the backstreets.
Security is always around, ample bins for rubbish,and it's clean.

Small shopping centre with not much variation. The Primark is the best thing here and has a big selection of clothing but apart from this and the new look there isn't much else to shout about. Takes a couple of minutes to walk all the way round and I normally come out empty handed.
