One ginger team member, also wearing glasses, was giving dirty looks and apathetic attitudes when serving. Put a downer on my experience before I even watched the movie. She seemed in a rush to get rid of me and kept adding things to my order without consent, I had to kindly ask her to remove this as I don't support this upselling marketing scheme. I wanted what I asked for, I am not giving her extra brownie points with her managers because she wants to scam me. She misrepresents the Vue brand and I am thoroughly displeased with her behaviour. I expect this to be resolved before my next visit, otherwise the film was enjoyable and staff at the end of the movie were greeting me with positive attitudes!

Lots of room for improvement. So on the brightside the staff are all very nice. No problems whatsoever there. From what I could see the cinema was clean as well so that's good.
But this cinema does have issues....
Firstly the food and drink are too expensive. Will there ever be a day when a cinema chain cottons on to this and uses their food prices to pull customers in rather than put people off? But to be fair all cinema food prices are expensive now so it's not just this one.
Secondly the sound at times was far too loud! I get you need volume to give the whole cinema experience but today I felt it went too far and was too loud.
Finally does nobody check the temperature of the air conditioning? It was freezing in there!

Arrived at the cinema 10 minutes early to buy snacks and drinks.
After waiting in line for 10 minutes, was told to use a specific till for cash transaction, so joined the que again, to then be ignored for another 10 minutes, eventually got served and after spending £20 on two kids box and a reg popcorn, we proceed to the movie.
Came back out for a drink as we forgot to order some after waiting so long to be served the first time, i joined the cue for the cash transactions, After waiting for 10/15 minutes to be served, I asked a member of staff if I could just purchase the items and get back to the movie, he replied "you'll have to join the cue", I rebuttle with "I am in the cue?" He then snorted and said "well I haven't seen you!"
After waiting another 5 minutes I went back into the movie without the drinks.

It's a weirdly located cinema within the shopping streets of Lancaster. You walk off the busy central streets into a dark, passage and then into the sanitised glitz of a multiplex. But it's certainly convenient and it has a decent mix of new blockbusters and re-runs on its six screens.

Very empty cinema. Only like 10 of us total in the entire screen room. film was mid but the fact they decided to ID a 20 year old university student going to see a 15 rated film is a bit unacceptable but I get why they have to do it... just make sure to bring your own food. This cinema is very quiet and somehow it's still going

We always purchase our tickets online so you can get straight in - the staff on the ticket station are always friendly and helpful. The VIP seats are comfy and have lots of room and the sound and screens are good.

Went for Spiderman No Way Home, loved it! Shame to see that the ticket prices have crept up though from the standard £4.99 to varied pricing depending on how far you sit back and up from the screen! Seems it you like neck pain those are the cheapest seats.

i turned up to the film right on time i walked in with people the movie rating was 15 and i am 15 and they wanted proof (passport) even tho we could confirm our age without passport plus had a adult with us and we asked how old does she thinks we are and she said 14-15 but we’ve been there plenty off times and never been asked for a passport and she was very rude
