Nice cafe, modern decor, pleasant staff. Only stopped for a latte to go but the cakes and frappes looked amazing. Plenty of tables available week day afternoon and there's an upstairs too.

This Café is really nice. The pretty lady served us very nice. The drinks and food are so delicious. Price is reasonable.We will gi again next time. Recommend for visitors.

Lovely staff and atmosphere. They do a good english breakfast. Has browns and turkey bacon is very nice. A bit on the pricier side though usually I see prices around £8-£10 but this ones £12. Egg was a bit undercooked but staff dealt with it quickly and changed it for me. Overall recommend would come again

Unfortunately a mixed review.
We had a day trip to Lancaster as we were visiting the castle. Stopped for lunch with my children. Staff were lovely on arrival and very friendly and great with the children. We ordered two hot drinks, two cold and four meals.
I could see the drinks prepared but they were left on counter for a good 5-8 minutes. When the food came (before the drinks) my meal wasn't there. Drinks came but my cappuccino had cooled and was only luke warm and had to ask twice for milk for my son's tea and my daughter's drink was wrong so had to be changed.
As my children got halfway through their food I asked a server if mine would be coming and I was told yes.
By the time we had finished our drinks and my children were down to their last mouthful of food still no sign of my meal so I asked for a refund.
The staff refunded me and at the same time I explained I was underwhelmed given our drinks had cooled whilst waiting to be served and, given how long it had taken to get them, I hadn't bothered asking for them to be remade as by that point we just wanted a drink.
Counter staff refunded me but did seem a bit non-plussed.
The server who had been allocated our table did, to his credit, apologise twice but all in all not a great experience

The children did enjoy their meals (french toast and a sausage breakfast barm) but I personally left feeling hungry and underwhelmed

It was a bad experience. The food was late and the portions were small in comparison to the high prices. We paid around £45 in total. My mom ordered eggs benedict. The eggs had an an unpleasant smell. Because she couldn’t eat the eggs she ordered a fruit scone and it was also disappointing with little flavor. I ordered the avocado smash and it was very underwhelming. My brother ordered the french toast with peaches, it was also not satisfying with barely any flavor. Definitely not going back again.

Great cafe in Lancaster for afternoon tea. All of the cakes and sandwiches were delicious and the salad was a nice added touch. We were given extra cakes instead of scones, but we didn't mind. We were supposed to get the scones to take home but we couldn't find anyone to ask for them so we just left - no big deal. Unfortunately we asked for tea three times and each time they said it was coming but it never arrived. Otherwise we couldn't fault it!

Gorgeous food. The cafe itself is lovely. Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating.
Best hot choc I’ve had for years too!
The chai latte was perfect.

The cafe has a great atmosphere and the staff were really nice and accommodating to our large group of 9 (we were a walk in). Our server Harron was really friendly and even offered to take a group picture for us 😊. Only a slight issue was with our drinks they arrived about 30 minutes after our food and some of the food wasn't as hot as it could have been, that may be because we were a large group. Otherwise the food was lovely.
