Very rude; Emma (Customer Services Manger) - joke! talks over you; accuses me of shouting, (when I was very calm in the situation)!!
They don’t care and lie when government websites state their previous trading name; they don’t get P60’s or P45’s correct.
Said twice payroll is on holiday!
Asked why I need financial info months after leaving (none of their business and HMRC don’t calculate tax refunds until after 5 April).
Accuse me of only working ‘twice’ for them (demeaning) when I worked five shifts! Lies all the time!
Don’t both - they’re rude and only want their commission!

Waste of time, wages were never right, poor communication, unprofessional behaviour from consultants who are no better than "snowflakes" who can't have their own way, ignore communications when they can't get their own way and no interest in temps unless they want them to work somewhere. Avoid at all costs.

I've applied for a job positions a couple weeks ago, last week 8th March 2019 I made a return phone call to cordant people.
Asked if still looking for work etc "yes etc"

Then being told of a company "autoscan" of whom apparently have a position for q/c inspector of which if a company requires a extra set of hands they can use autoscan to q/c check produced parts in-house & you'll move around to different locations depending on what's available etc
"Sounds brilliant"
Anyway I agreed to sign-ups with cordant people this week to further this application... OK

Now, since prior issue's with other agencies I decided to do alittle checking up ie "why drive 20miles+ one way to sign with an agencies when the apparent employer is just around the corner "makes very little sense"

So I've been in direct contact with autoscan of whom told me no such position is available, nor have they employed any agency to seek any such future available position...

So, sorry to say I've not travelled the distance as this position is basically fake "why waste ppls time's"

So that's the experience I've just encountered, sorry to say, let down again with yet another false advert.
