I cannot begin to put into words just how good the team is at Website Success. They have just completed a new logo design for my new venture and they have absolutely smashed it! From the initial brief, right through to design and completion the team (Dan in particular as this is his specialty) have absolutely nailed it!

Just Disappointed, I had the big 10 step plan on my website and and very detailed plan of action to bring it up to scratch. Very excited to work with some people who seemed to know what they are doing and charge very high for it plus a monthly hosting fee. However I wanted a premium site and Nick assured me it would be brilliant. However they took the 3k and my 108 a month and completed the change over to the new platform, some very minor page alterations and that's it. Nothing like what was promised in our agreement. I have since shared my concerns and they just drip feed a little positivity and ask me to create some content. For the money I paid I expect some content completed by them. I requested a partial refund for poor service and not completing to the agreement which they have failed to honour. I will be seeking legal action unless they actually do something. I feel they don't really care once they start hosting your site and retain a monthly fee for doing very little. Updated 13th Jan. Without any discussion they have stopped hosting my website, As they have not completed their work I refused to pay another monthly fee. Why should I continue to pay for uncompleted work? I don't believe my clients would be very happy with this. Poor customer service at its best.
