We have featured on the front page of The Times to a regular news in our local news titles. Thanks to Palm we've had fantastic mentions in titles such as Conde Nast and The Telegraph.

The team report to us weekly via email, monthly online or f2f and evaluate all results against set KPIs quarterly.

Now 17 (seventeen) reviews in, it’s clear that Palm PR is nothing more than a cesspool of deceit and incompetence - and I will never ever back down from these odious fools. Every time they mass report my latest review, it’s another feeble attempt to cover up their disgraceful behaviour. They were allegedly partners, yet they had the gall to poach my staff, steal my clients, and spread slander with reckless abandon. I have incontrovertible proof of their fraudulent promises, their dodgy financial practices (they owe my business over £15K, mind you), and their laughable commitment to “digital exposure” that’s nothing more than empty buzzwords.

Their website is a shambles - a playground for exaggerated claims that I wouldn’t have allowed to go live if we were still in business together. Even more infuriating, they had the audacity to beg me to remove their negative reviews, all while at least half of their five-star ratings come from their own staff. Adhering to my moral obligations and Google’s policies, I had to expose their tactics. Now, they’re desperately trying to drown out their bad reviews with a barrage of nearly simultaneous positive ones. Google sees right through it all.

If you still have something to say about it, or even mention a video - you’re in for a rude awakening. Everything you’ve done so far has been for nothing, and I can provide you absolute and unequivocal assurance, that I will ensure you pay (legally). Judge people on the questions they ask - and you should have asked them questions.

Anyone wanting to engage with Palm PR - Consider this a warning: DO NOT USE. Avoid them like the plague - they’re playing a dangerous game of fraud and defamation, and sooner or later, I promise their web of lies will catch up with them.

You will have to face me in court, you will have to tell me why you acted without having any knowledge - and knowledge is everything...

The WORST PR Company in the UK, the founders will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you to sign a contract, then when they fail to meet any expectations threaten legal action if you do not pay the balance of their contract. They target start ups like vultures knowing full well they cannot fulfil any of their promises. Beware this company, there are good PR & Social Media companies out there, this is NOT one of them
