Interesting hq building where the reception wall is hung with vintage telephones and the stairs to some of the co working/ lounging spaces has bronze statues 'walking' up them.. .. The offices themselves aren't particularly neuro divergent friendly because the lighting is quite harsh, there's no ergonomic seating and the patterned carpet tiling in the conference rooms is too busy. Every commercial space could benefit from an appraisal every so often. There is plenty of guidance in the Mindpas 6463 BSI report on how to retrofit or refurbish spaces to make them easier for people with sensory triggers, visual or hearing impairments easier to use. Not all disabilities are clearly visible.

Engaged Headland with very high expectations and based on good recommendations. But they failed to manage and deliver any serious outcomes for us despite very high retainer costs. In 1 month of engaging another firm we achieved far better results than what Headland even promised!
