The fact that he'd produced a very decent website for professional colleagues gave him credibility, and his appearance was timely as I was getting fed up with the mechanics of updating my site using Windows software. I have had a number of websites produced by other professionals (who wrote their own text which I had to re-write extensively) but Ian was the first to give me everything I wanted - the use of my own text and the ability to do my own editing without doing battle with Microsoft. Beware of this company!!! As the owner of New Era I used this company on a few projects. On the last project I paid $1700 up front for a new website create and was totally ripped off. I was never delivered a single thing and only a basic design had begun before I stopped the project and asked for a refund. I stopped the project because he was giving third party individuals from India access to my website and passwords without my knowledge. I asked for a resolution but he ignored me and has to this day kept all my monies and delivered nothing. I am happy to share all of our email correspondences etc with anyone who would like to see. He will most likely claim $1700 worth of work but that is an outright lie. Do not use Ian as all he does is outsource things to india and allows total strangers who are not in his direct employment access your sensitive files and passwords. He will then not even offer to resolve the issue once he has your monies. This guy is an outright thief! Being in the USA I now have no recourse legally.
