I had to pop in for blood test today. But a couple of days ago I had an ear ache develop. I filled in the online form, shortly after I sent it I received a call. An appointment was fixed for today just prior to the existing appointment. Great hilarity was had at the surgery, as I couldn’t be sure if this was the ear lady I was seeing at the correct time or the blood last I was seeing early. It’s nothing really is it. Coming a doctors surgery is nobody’s favourite day out and mine was made so much more comfortable, even fun, by great professional people from reception to the two lady clinicians I saw for my checks. Well done Administer Medical Practice.

Myself and my wife Beth moved to the area 5 years ago and in that time we have received nothing but first class service. All doctors and staff have been extremely helpful, effective and friendly and communication works very efficiently. Everyone seems to really care about our health as much as we do! It is great that Axminster has such a super surgery.

I am in holiday in the area and have even taken ill. My own surgery refused to find me a phone appointment to speak to the doctor and Lyme bay medical centre also were unable to help me.
111 wrongly directed me to Axminster minor injuries and on speaking to their wonderful receptionist at Axminster surgery, she has managed to find me all the help and support I need to address my medical problem. Even though it is out of their remit.
Working in the NHS myself I know people are quick to find fault but not often praise, so I felt compelled to express my sincere thanks for the surgeries impressive handling of my issues today. I only wish my own surgery back home were so professional and caring.

Shortly after moving to the area and registering at the practice I unfortunately needed to make an appointment. I found the staff extremely friendly and efficient. I was seen the same day. It's very reassuring that there is such an excellent NHS practice here in Axminster.

The staff here are lovely and really helpful. The waiting area is clean and tidy. Location is great being only a few minutes walk from the main car park. There is also a dispensing unit here too but there are some restrictions as to who may collect from it. I think you have to live a certain distance away but handy nonetheless for those it's relevant to.

On our trip to the UK my mother had forgotten her Ventalin when we were visiting family in Axminster. We went to the Axminster Medical Practice and sought their advice/help. What a wonderful surprise for us. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. My mother got the expert advice she needed and replacement medicine to see her through back to our UK base. We would all highly recommened this practice. Thank you very much to all, from reception staff to medical staff who saw my mother.

A really good sound team. I may have to wait a while to see my own GP but if I do NEED to see a doctor there's usually available if not there are a number of prescribing nurses who have access to a doctor if necessary. In over 16 yrs I can honestly say I could count the times I have been dissatisfied on one hand and still had fingers to spare.
