Ok get what we need. Not enough staff on tills most of the time tho. Asda definatly has the best loyalty scheme. Or did untill they crashed thevsystem putting am offer on chocolate amd alcahol together. Went in today and one of the veg staff hit my disbled partner with a black tote. Im sure it was an accideny but she could of verry easly knocked my partner over, if this happens again ill go put in a complaint to the head office. The toilets leave something to be desired. Enter at own risk. And to add and remove a star from this review got a bday
banner for my son and it had hapy
birthday instead of happy birthday. Also 3 times we have been for minced beef and it has been rotten. Not to mentiin the dodgy fruit and veg see pic of a lovely full price cucumber.

Would rate it 1 if I could. Ordered an express delivery through the Asda app for delivery between 6-7pm. By 7pm no one had picked up the order and the delivery driver said that staff had told him it wasn’t ready yet. I could not get through to Asda via the number they provide, I eventually went to Asda to find out what was going on as it was 730 and the 3rd driver had since cancelled due to the order not being ready. The staff had no clue what was going on, the manager tried to tell me that I had ordered through uber so it was their fault - even though I’d shown id ordered via Asda app. Another member of staff said that there was only one person in the bay to pack orders and he had no orders finished. The manager told me there was nothing she could do. I asked why the order had been accepted if they couldn’t fulfil it to which she told me she wasn’t aware there was only one member of staff on the packing. The customer service was shocking and I was provided with no other option but to wait for my money back as they couldn’t do anything, and blamed the issue on uber.

Would be zero stars if I could!
Ordered shopping through express delivery, received a text saying they had cancelled?!
Was then told to rearrange, so, chose between 4 and 5pm the following day.
Was in but just, I arrived home about 3.45 and went to let the dog out, I then looked at the door to find a sorry we missed you card ! I then received a text to say that my order was cancelled! This was all in the matter of minutes and all before 4pm.
Called their customer helpline, which was 4.03pm and was told that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely shocking service and even worse customer service!

If you are going to put locks around stuff could you are least ensure you have plenty of tills on. It should not take over 20 minutes to purchase a single item

Really wouldn’t even give a star if had the choice,they put themselves on just eat to help customers get their shopping, I ordered my grandads shopping that he needed as don’t drive currently and cancelled after times kept changing, never ever ordering from this shop again, and to top it off the first time when it got delivered items were broke and missing from his shop and trying to get it sorted they weren’t even bothered just shows how they care about customers disgusting,ordered today and times changed waited for 1:30mins then cancelled disgusting experience beware of this place
