I decided to stretch my budget when I needed a new website and work with Media Orb. Staff were helpful and I was delighted with the resulting site. It regularly gets compliments from my customers and is fast and responsive. Any questions or issues (there have not been many) are dealt with promptly and professionally. Danny and the team at Media Orb are fantastic , could not ask for a better service. We receive regular updates on how are Website is performing, inform us of any changes that they think would work better, ask us for our input and much more. If we do require any help or advice they are only to pleased to help either over the phone, email or meeting up with us. When ever a new member of the team starts work for Media Orb, they introduce themselves by email and then a follow-up phone call. Cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. We turned to MediaOrb when we were let down by our previous developer. They quickly understood our requirements, and promptly got emails up and running again. Having recently had our website updated by Media Orb I can recommend the company without hesitation. I have very little understanding of any/all matters IT yet they managed to make the process quick and simple and with no attempt to sell me expensive extras which I did not need. All aspects of the process were dealt with quickly and efficiently and with refreshing enthusiasm and, maybe a minor thing but important to me, they DO call you back when they say they will.

Credit where credit is due, Media Orb have looked after my website and online presence since the beginning.
