K5 Communications are absolutely amazing, we have issues with BT for many years, we were tied into a 5 year contract which I didn't think we could get out of, well these guys got us out of this awful contract and have provided us with an amazing professional telephone system, Rob arrived in a matter of days once the deal was done, and set everything up on our office, made sure we knew how to work the system, that's it we were up and running, no down time either no issues it was brilliant!! Thank you to all at K5 what an amazing service!!! Would definitely recommend this company.

We have been with K5 Communications for 2 years now, they have assisted us in getting out of a very problematic telephone contract which we thought would be an horrendous task to complete. Ky Thomas (Founder) took this on himself and achieved a great end result for us. K5 have now renewed our contract after the 2 year period was due to expire and gave us an even better saving off our monthly contract with newer modern handsets which are extremely user friendly. Daniel Newman the Engineering Team Leader visited our offices and carried out the upgrade with the minimal of disruption. He presented as a wonderful, friendly and professional young man. We also found that the whole team is very friendly and helpful if you do have any queries that need to be clarified and I would wholly recommend K5 if you are looking to change contracts. Keep up the excellent service.

We've been with K5 for a few months now and I would definitely recommend them. After many issues with BT we reached out to Rebecca Hares from K5 who had been in to see us previously.

Once we'd signed up each department was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. However throughout the whole process the star of the show was Rebecca Hares. Incredibly helpful, very friendly, professional and went above and beyond answering queries and sorting out minor issues that weren't explicitly her job to do but she was fantastic because of the rapport she had built with us.

The phone system itself is great with all calls going to our mobiles as well, slick and easy to use. These guys are real people that pick up the phone and you're not dealing with call centres who haven't got a clue.

I would recommend K5 to anyone.

I can honestly say that this is the best experience I have ever had dealing with a telecoms/communications provider, in over 20 years in business! From the initial meeting with Ky to agree the contract, help from Samantha with the transition over from our previous supplier, to the assistance from Sam in setting up our new k5 phone system with the greeting, answerphone and personal contacts directory, the whole experience has been seamless. On top of that I received a lovely follow up call from Johnathan after 1 year of being with K5, just to check that everything was OK and if there was anything that we needed help with!
This is a fantastic, friendly, family run company, and you should look no further for all your business communication requirements.

Very happy with the service we have received so far from K5. After an initial meeting with Lewis who set us up as a client, Danny came in less than a week later and installed the new system for us and gave us a brilliant in depth tutorial on our new phones. Very professional and friendly company. Would also like to thank Christina in the terminations team, who was extremely helpful during the transition from BT to K5.
