Placed an order in store with my partner for his company uniform, was told there would be an 11 day turn around. 3 weeks went by without any communication, was unable to get hold of the company and on the one time we did go in there he was told they were finishing them off and it would be a further few days wait due to a big school order she was doing. Once we received the uniform the stitching for the logo was thin, loose and crocked nothing in comparison to uniform I had previously had made online for him however we wanted to go with RGL due to them being local and a faster turn around. I wish I had gone online as there was no price difference. My brother and his boss also had a similar experience and were unhappy with the quality of the uniform they received after a lot longer than initially told. Won’t be going back

These done my daughters leavers jumper and it had holes and the stitching was close to the seam I took back they sewed it together so my child could wear for her last week of school. The lady told me it would be done by the following week and been trying to call no answer and no jumper would not be going back here
