I really can't recommend Katherine George and Oh So Social enough. My knowledge of social media was limited and I didn't have many followers, engagement and didn't know what to post or how to grow my small business, or how to do things myself! Through Katherine's help, I have now grown to 13k followers on Instagram, but I have learnt it isn't all about followers! I recently had a training session on how to set up Facebook ads. Even though I am a marketer, I can't seem to wrap my head round them.

Katherine was very patient with me as she showed me around ads manager. She didn't use any jargon and explained everything clearly to help me understand the different steps.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this company. I contacted Katherine and asked if her company could manage my social media for the season as I just didn't have the time to do it. My first impressions were good and Katherine was very helpful stating that this would be no problem.

Although there were teething problems with who was dealing with my account, then staff leaving, then my posts not going out at all due to technical problems, we eventually got on an even keel and in the last month or so things ran smoothly.

On asking what I would be charged the following season, I was advised by Katherine's Manager Joe that the cost would rise by over 100 percent as they were not making any money from me! I couldn't believe that this was correct and contacted Katherine for clarification. She replied by asking me not to contact her again and to go through Joe, whose decision she fully supported.

Wow - I guess being a small company, we just weren't important enough.

I think it is important to state, that I have now employed another company, that feels the rate I was paying was more than acceptable. They will be dealing with our social media requirements from now on.

I have found Oh So Social great for ongoing support with my journey into social media marketing and advertising. Finding solutions for advert campaigns not delivering so well to help deliver great leads to sale ratio. Also going well beyond expectations to help with any technical issues I don't understand how to fix in the back end of social media software I use.
